Our Established, fast-growing privately owned dental practice is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team. Our current associate dentist is relocating soon.
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Associate Dentist to join our thriving dental practice in Gulf Shores & Foley, AL This is an exciting opportunity to work right away with a full schedule, strong clinical support, and a modern, patient-focused environment. As an integral part of our team, you will utilize your clinical expertise to improve oral health outcomes while fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This paid position is ideal for a motivated dentist eager to make an impact and grow within a supportive practice setting.

- We are seeing an average of over 30 new patients per month.
- Provisions for a future avenue to invest into the practice as a partner or owner
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive general dentistry
- Build strong trusting patient relationships
- Maintain accurate clinical documentaion
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent patient care
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Currently licensed in the state of Alabama or the ability to be licensed by Credentials in the state of Alabama
PLUS
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Implant experience recommended or on an educational track towards certification
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Credentialed in various dental insurance companies (if not we can assist)
- Current Malpractice Insurance in place (if not we can assist)
