Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-time General Dentist to join our team with the future goal of Full-time. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and committed to providing exceptional dental care. You will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while being supported by a highly trained team and efficient systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
- Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures;
- Endo is a major plus Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient experiences
- Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active UT dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong clinical skills and sound treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- New graduates and experienced dentists welcome to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation structure
- Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% collections (whichever is greater) for the first six (6) months.
- After the initial six-month period, compensation transitions to:
- 30% of collections up to $50,000 per month
- 35% of collections on amounts exceeding $50,000 per month
- CE allowance and professional development support
- Current office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm
