Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Dentist to join our client's premier office.
This private office has built an amazing reputation, for high quality dentistry. They have lots of patients and a wonderful staff. A dentist can focus on regular restorative procedures or advanced procedures, depending on profiencey and preference. The office does a wide range of procedures.
A full time dentist can expect to earn between 300K and 500K per year. Depending on the procedures and experience that they have. They can also offer amazing mentoring in advanced procedures if desired.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and anatomy knowledge.
- Deliver a wide range of dental services such as general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
- Conduct pediatric dentistry treatments with sensitivity to pediatric patients’ needs, including behavior management and age-appropriate care.
- Utilize dental fabrication techniques and aseptic methods to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and staff in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient care efficiency.
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions using clear dental terminology.
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA guidelines to ensure safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Valid license to practice dentistry in the respective jurisdiction with current credentials.
- Proven experience in general dentistry with additional expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics preferred.
- Proficiency in dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and record management.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical imaging techniques, and anatomy relevant to dental procedures.
- Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on patient care excellence.
- Familiarity with infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration.
- Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures with precision.
