Your role:
We are looking for a highly self-motivated and proactive professional who anticipates patient needs and supportive of their teammates. **Must have current Florida RDH license and CPR certification.
Responsibilities:
- Performing thorough prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
- Conducting oral cancer screenings and taking necessary radiographs
- Delivering personalized patient education and home-care instructions
- Actively identifying and discussing treatment needs with the doctor using 3D digital imagery and intra oral cameras
- Anticipating and preparing for each appointment
- Maintaining impeccable infection control and sterilization protocols
- Documenting and treatment notes accurately
- Collaborating with team members to enhance work flows and implementing improvements
