This opportunity is with a well-established and growing dental organization in Shreveport that has built a strong reputation for comprehensive, patient-focused care. The lead dentist acquired the flagship practice eight years ago and has since expanded by acquiring additional offices in the area, including a recent expansion into a neighboring suite.
The group is committed to modern technology, comprehensive treatment options, and a collaborative clinical environment. Due to continued growth and strong patient demand, the practice recently expanded and is moving into a newly developed 14-operatory facility designed to support high patient volume and advanced dentistry.
About the Position
The practice is seeking a General Dentist Associate due to continued growth.
The office is projected to produce approximately $3.3M this year and currently includes the owner dentist and two associates. With patient demand continuing to increase, the team is adding another provider to help meet volume.
Practice highlights include:

Approximately 50 new patients per month

Currently booked about one month in advance

Most procedures completed in-house with minimal referrals

Services include IV sedation, full mouth restoration, root canals, surgical extractions, clear aligner therapy, and more
