About the Position:
A full-time General Dentist is needed to join a well-established outpatient community health clinic in south-central Pennsylvania. This organization is part of a large, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) network that has been serving the region for decades, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to a diverse population regardless of ability to pay. The clinic emphasizes integrated care, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment.
This is a 40-hour work week with no weekend responsibilities, offering excellent work-life balance.
Schedule:
Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
The provider will deliver a full scope of general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, and basic comprehensive procedures.
You will be supported by a strong clinical team, including a Pediatric Dentist, Dental Hygienists, Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs), Dental Assistants, and a fully staffed front office—allowing you to focus on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $188,000
RVU Incentive: $10,000 guaranteed in Year 1; production-based thereafter
