Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our expanding dental team. The ideal candidate is passionate about community health and motivated to serve rural populations with limited access to care.
This position offers the opportunity to practice full-scope general dentistry in a supportive, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dental services including:
- Exams and treatment planning Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Extractions and basic oral surgery Preventive care and patient education
- Endodontics
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records (EHR)
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and medical providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Michigan dental license (or ability to obtain) DEA license (or eligibility)
- Commitment to serving underserved and rural populations
