We are seeking a skilled Treatment Coordinator who can help patients understand their treatment, address financial concerns, and move forward with dental care.

As Treatment Coordinator, you will help patients:

Understand their diagnosis and treatment options
Navigate insurance and financial questions
Access financing options like Cherry, Sunbit, and CareCredit
Feel comfortable moving forward with the care they need

Your work directly impacts patient health, practice growth, and the patient experience.

What You’ll Do

Present treatment plans in a clear and confident way
Help patients understand insurance benefits and costs
Assist patients with financing solutions
Secure financial commitments and schedule treatment
Address patient concerns or hesitation with empathy and clarity
Coordinate with doctors and team members to ensure a smooth patient experience

The Right Person For This Role Is

Confident discussing money and treatment with patients
Friendly, warm, and highly personable
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling objections and questions
Motivated by helping patients improve their health

Experience We’re Looking For

2+ years of dental office experience

Solid understanding of dental procedures and treatment plans
Skilled in explaining treatment and financial arrangements
Knowledgeable about PPO insurance plans
