Overview
At ACE Dental we are seeking a confident, compassionate, and results-driven All-on-X Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. This role is critical in guiding patients through life-changing full-arch implant treatment, from initial consultation through case acceptance and financing.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who understands advanced dentistry, can build trust quickly, and is skilled at helping patients say “yes” to comprehensive treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Case Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for All-on-X / full-arch implant patients
- Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, timelines, and outcomes in a clear and empathetic manner
- Guide patients through the entire journey—from consult to surgery to final restoration
- Coordinate treatment plans between doctors, assistants, labs, and surgical teams
Case Presentation & Acceptance
- Present high-value treatment plans ($15k–$50k+) with confidence and clarity
- Explain clinical benefits, alternatives, risks, and long-term value
- Address patient concerns, objections, and emotional barriers with professionalism
- Achieve and consistently improve case acceptance rates
Financial Coordination
- Review fees, insurance (if applicable), and payment options with patients
- Discuss third-party financing options (CareCredit, Proceed, Cherry, etc.)
- Assist patients with applications and approvals
- Collect deposits and ensure financial arrangements are completed prior to treatment
Administrative & Workflow Support
- Schedule consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate documentation in the practice management software
- Track leads, consults, case acceptance, and production metrics
- Follow up with patients who are considering treatment but have not yet committed
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years dental experience (treatment coordinator, financial coordinator, or similar role)
- Experience with implants or All-on-X strongly preferred
- Proven success presenting and closing comprehensive treatment plans
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and patient-first mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to travel between Killeen/ Temple & sometimes Waco area.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
