Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage office budgets and financial records
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare laws
- Collaborate with dental management team to optimize patient care
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed
- Handle confidential patient information with utmost discretion

Experience:

- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a dental setting
- Proficiency in Open Dental or similar dental practice management software is a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
