We are looking for a Dental Lab Technician who is great with patients and loves doing lab work!

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret dentists' prescriptions, work orders, and specifications, including shade guides, design requirements, and patient-specific details.
- Fabricate, alter, or repair a variety of dental devices and appliances.
- Fixed bridges and crowns
- Orthodontic appliances, retainers, splints, and mouthguards
- Select appropriate materials (e.g., acrylics, porcelains, composites, waxes, precious/non-precious alloys, zirconia, metals) and match shades/colors for natural appearance.
- Wax, set teeth, build frameworks, layer porcelain, and perform metal finishing or CAD/CAM processes .
- Use hand tools, power tools, grinding equipment, polishing devices, and articulators to shape, adjust, finish, and polish restorations.
- Perform quality checks, inspect final products for accuracy, fit, function, and aesthetics, and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment; adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Document work performed, track inventory of materials, and complete required paperwork or digital records.
- Collaborate with dentists or lab supervisors to clarify prescriptions or resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience doing lab work prefered.
- Knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with modern tools and technologies (e.g., CAD/CAM software, 3D printing, digital scanning
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise, detailed work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and aesthetics.
- Artistic sense for shaping and shading restorations to look natural.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to interpret technical instructions.

- Patience and focus for repetitive, meticulous tasks.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Primarily laboratory-based setting with exposure to dust, chemicals, and noise from equipment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and repetitive hand movements.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and eye protection.
Compensation and Benefits
