Dental Hygienist — Private Practice (Boulder, CO)
No Double Columns. No Production Pressure. 60–90 Minute Appointments.
If you’re a hygienist who’s tired of being rushed, pushed to produce, or treated like a number — this will feel different.
We’re a privately owned, non-corporate dental office opening a brand-new, high-end practice designed around the hygienist experience.
Relaxed appointments. No production pressure. No double columns.
A doctor who respects hygiene as a clinical specialty — not a revenue center.
If you’ve ever said, “this isn’t how hygiene is supposed to feel” — keep reading.
What Your Day Actually Looks Like
- 90 min NP appts / 60 min recall appts
- Single-column hygiene with organized block schedules
- Time to properly educate patients
- Modern operatories with natural light and amazing Flatiron views
- Fully staffed support (no chaos days)
- Schedules designed to run on time
What We Will NEVER Ask You To Do
- Hit hygiene production quotas
- Run double columns
- Stay late because of poor scheduling
- Cover chronic understaffing
- Work in a corporate pressure environment
Scheduling Philosophy
We do not cut hours, send hygienists home early, or change schedules week-to-week.
- Fixed schedules by design — not reactive scheduling
- Paid for your scheduled hours, even during growth ramp-up
- No daily “utilization games” or last-minute changes
- Growth handled by adding access and people — not pressure
If you’ve ever had your hours quietly reduced or felt like your schedule was a moving target, this will feel very different.
What We Expect in Return
Because this model is intentionally generous, it only works with professionals who value consistency.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Are reliable and punctual
- Treat your schedule as a real commitment
- Value structure over chaos
- Stay engaged even on lighter days
- Want long-term alignment — not gig-style flexibility
This is not a fit for frequent last-minute schedule changes or unreliable availability.
