Exo Dental is a brand new, state-of-the-art dental surgery center located in Topeka, KS. We are seeking a dental lab technician who has experience with the denture fabrication process, from pouring up models to tooth setting to final processing. Also, our office will heavily focus on the digital denture and implant design process, so experience with a digital design software is a plus. If the candidate has limited experience with digital denture design and workflows, he or she must be willing to learn these steps and processes.
We are ultimately looking for someone who loves to learn and is passionate about providing the best treatment dentistry has to offer. We are looking for team members who will actively participate in creating the best work environment for both staff and patients. Some of the job roles and routines include-
- Performing conventional denture setups and processing with precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Operating and maintaining 3D printing equipment to support laboratory production workflows.
- Assisting with chairside procedures, including impression taking and implementation of digital denture workflows.
- Serving as the liaison between external laboratories/designers and the internal clinical team to ensure efficient communication and case accuracy.
- The coordinating and scheduling of case completions and deliveries to ensure timely turnaround and proper workflow management.
