Job Title: Bilingual Front Desk Dental Associate
Location: Paris Children's Dentistry, Paris, Texas
Employment Type: Part-Time/Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $14.00+ per hour, increasing to $15.00+ per hour after training.

Position Overview: We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Dental Associate who will play a key role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience at every visit. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with insurance verification and claims submission.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, including follow-up visits and reminders.
- Review financial options with patients, including treatment plans and payment arrangements.
- Assist new patients with completing paperwork and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow office protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Required.
- Customer service experience - Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus.
- Strong communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients of all ages.
- Organized and detail-oriented - Must be able to multitask efficiently.
- Computer Skills - Familiarity with dental software (or willingness to learn) and basic office programs.
- Team Player - Ability to work well within a team and provide support wherever needed.
