Looking for a candidate who is a personable, enthusiastic, outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our highly trained team.

We are looking for that exceptional candidate. The right candidate must possess exemplary communication skills, an amazing personality that works well with a team and with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities and skills include, but are not limited to:

Managing a diverse highly skilled group of dental professionals
Organizing and maintaining HR records
Tracking production and expenses
Utilizing current state and federal regulations to maintain office compliance
Work with everyone to maximize production, while maintaining a fun and cohesive team environment
Employee onboarding and training
Assist with hiring and employee reviews
