Overview

We are an established, privately owned multi-specialty dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager with 5+ years’ experience in the dental field, to lead the daily operations and drive growth. This position will report directly to the Chief of Operations.

Duties

Lead front office and clinical team
Insurance verification, billing, and collections oversight
Ensure HIPPA and OSHA compliance
Partner with leadership to support growth and operational success

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience of dental office and management
Strong knowledge of insurance, billing, collection, and treatment planning
Experience with dental software management
Proven leadership and organizational skills
