Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Dental Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a busy dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Dental office management, with a strong background in dental practice administration, financial oversight, and team supervision. This role requires a proactive leader capable of ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a positive environment for staff and patients alike. The Dental Practice Manager will serve as the cornerstone for delivering exceptional patient care while managing the business aspects of the practice.

Duties

Oversee all administrative functions of the dental practice, including scheduling, patient records management, and front-office operations.
Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, billing processes, and insurance reimbursements utilizing systems like Eaglesoft and Dentrix.
Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and OSHA requirements to safeguard patient privacy and safety.
Coordinate with Dental professionals to optimize clinic workflows, manage medical records.
Implement policies for human resources management including hiring, onboarding, staff development, and conflict resolution.
Monitor clinic operations to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and quality of care while managing practice growth initiatives.

Experience

Proven experience in Dental office management.
Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing clinical staff such Dental asistants or dental hygienists along with administrative personnel.
Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA regulations.
Proficiency with practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
Strong background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, managed care processes, and billing procedures.
Experience in office management within a healthcare environment that emphasizes quality patient care and operational excellence.
