About the Role
We are seeking a strong, experienced Dental Practice Manager / Treatment Coordinator to lead daily operations while playing a key role in treatment acceptance and patient financial communication.
This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to both team success and exceptional patient care. You will oversee office operations while also guiding patients through treatment plans, helping them understand their care and financial options.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Operations & Leadership
- Manage day-to-day dental office operations to ensure efficiency and a high-quality patient experience
- Lead, support, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations
- Conduct daily morning huddles and maintain team alignment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and office policies
Treatment Coordination & Case Acceptance
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Explain insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs, and financial options
- Build trust with patients to improve case acceptance and treatment completion
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding care
Scheduling & Patient Flow
- Manage doctor and hygiene schedules to support productivity goals
- Minimize schedule gaps and maintain a full, productive schedule
- Coordinate treatment scheduling and patient follow-up
Financial & Insurance Management
- Oversee billing, collections, and patient financial arrangements
- Monitor production, collections, and accounts receivable
- Ensure insurance verification, claims submission, and follow-up are completed accurately
- Assist in resolving outstanding insurance claims and balances
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Dental Office Management, Treatment Coordination, or Front Office Leadership
- Strong experience with treatment plan presentation, case acceptance, and patient financial discussions
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, collections, and scheduling
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage daily operations
- Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Curve, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient education and relationship-building

Pay: $49,878.36 - $60,068.56 per year
