Job Overview
We are a small + personal, tight-knit dental office, looking for a dedicated and organized front desk to join our team! We see patients Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30am-4:30pm -- great work-life balance. Expect 25-28 hours per week.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage administrative tasks, possess excellent communication skills, treat our patients like they're family, and have a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.

Duties

Greets and assists guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage patient appointments and schedules using office management software.
Maintain accurate medical records and care plans for all patients.
Operate office phone systems to handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide information to patients.
Input patient data into electronic health record systems
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication throughout the office.
Process patient paperwork and insurance claims accurately and promptly.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Perform administrative duties such as, scanning, copying, collect payments and data entry
Work outside patient care hours to complete unfinished tasks

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred but not required. We are willing to do hands-on training if needed
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical records and care plans.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
A commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 28.0 per week
