We are a boutique, privately owned aesthetic dental practice looking for a high-level Dental Treatment Coordinator who excels at case presentation and patient communication.

This is not a basic front desk role. We are looking for someone who can confidently guide patients through dental treatment, build trust, and help them move forward with care.

Our practice focuses on comprehensive and high-value dentistry, and we need someone who is comfortable discussing treatment plans, financial options, and closing cases.

What we’re looking for:

Strong dental experience (required)
Confident and clear communicator
Comfortable presenting large dental treatment plans
Ability to handle patient objections and follow up effectively
Organized and detail-oriented
