Duncan Dental Studio, a well-established private dental practice serving our community for several decades, is seeking a Dental Receptionist who can manage scheduling, patient communication, Dental Insurance and front office systems efficiently.

Position: Receptionist
Location: Salt Lake City , Utah
Employment Type: Full-Time
Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Lunch break 1:00PM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients, manage check-ins and check-outs.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Manage patient records and handle billing.
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries.
Work with the insurnace companies we are contracted with.

Qualifications:

Experience in being a receptionist is welcomed but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40.0 per week
