Rinse Dental is a newly built, modern dental practice opening in the coming weeks. Designed with state-of-the-art technology and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience, we are building a highly organized and patient-centered team from day one.

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Dental Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and play an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Patient Experience

Greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming and professional environment
Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an efficient daily schedule
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with understanding their benefits
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up to date

Administrative Support

Assist with billing, payment collection, and insurance claim processing
Support accounts receivable follow-up as needed
Ensure smooth communication between front office and clinical team
Follow established systems and workflows to maintain organization and efficiency

Compliance & Organization

Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times
Ensure proper documentation and record management
Uphold office policies and contribute to a professional, well-organized environment

Pre-Opening & Launch Support

Assist with pre-opening setup and front office organization
Learn and implement office systems and protocols
Help ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for patients from the first day of operations
