Requirements:
- Detail-Oriented Organized individual
- Consistently implements the organizational missions and all approved policies, protocols, and procedures
- Consistently interacts with the patients and staff in a manner that reflects favorably on the organization and promotes teamwork
Minimum Education and Experience
· Be at least 18 years old
· High School Diploma or GED
· Excellent Customer Service Experience
· Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) a PLUS

Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
- Utilize dental terminology and 3D scanning technology to aid in treatment planning.
- Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
