About the Position A full-time General Dentist opportunity is available at a well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a rural community in eastern Ohio.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 40 hours per week Clinical Scope:
Extractions Digital X-rays Restorative dentistry Preventive care and cleanings Patient education and oral hygiene instruction Crown & bridge Sealants Dentures and partials This is a true “bread and butter” general dentistry role within a community health setting. Providers typically see 10–15 patients per day, along with up to 20 hygiene checks daily. The patient population includes a mix of Medicaid and commercially insured individuals, offering a diverse and rewarding clinical experience.
The clinic utilizes electronic health records through the eClinicalWorks dental module, supporting efficient workflow and coordinated care. As part of a broader integrated health system, the organization emphasizes access to care, prevention, and serving underserved populations in the region.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$180,000 – $200,000 Paid Time Off:
2 weeks (80 hours) starting 3 weeks (120 hours) after 3 years 4 weeks (160 hours) after 9 years Sick Leave:
