Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Lab Removable Technician to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality removable dental prostheses, including dentures, partials, and overdentures, ensuring they meet precise specifications and patient needs. Duties

Fabricate removable dental appliances such as dentures, partials, and overdentures using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and traditional laboratory techniques
Measure and verify dental impressions and models with precision tools like micrometers to ensure proper fit and function
Collaborate closely with dentists and dental assistants to interpret prescriptions, treatment plans, and patient-specific requirements
Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all laboratory procedures to ensure patient safety
Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to document fabrication processes, updates, and patient information accurately
Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet anatomical accuracy, aesthetic standards, and functional requirements
Keep detailed records of materials used, fabrication steps taken, and adjustments made for each case

Experience

Proven laboratory experience in fabricating removable dental prostheses with a strong understanding of dental anatomy and terminology
Familiarity with dental assisting procedures including chairside assisting, patient assessment, vital signs measurement, and medical documentation
Knowledge of medical imaging techniques relevant to dental fabrication processes
Experience working with EMR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for managing patient records and treatment data
Understanding of infection control standards specific to dental laboratories and clinical settings
Ability to interpret medical coding related to dental procedures for accurate record keeping
Prior experience in a dental office environment is preferred, especially roles involving dental fabrication or technical support in pediatrics or general dentistry
