Role Overview:
The Regional Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of Dental Practices within the designated region. They will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects including staffing support, efficient change management, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental healthcare management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Location: PA
This is not a remote position - Candidates must reside in the region of management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight for all New Jersey and surrounding Dental Offices.

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple dental practices within the region.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

Implement and enforce operational protocols to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise the dental practice teams in the region.

Foster a positive work environment conducive to professional growth and development.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support.

Financial Management

Develop and manage operational goals for each facility, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource allocation.

Monitor financial performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Quality Assurance

Oversee quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.

Implement performance improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback from stakeholders.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Strategic Planning

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for the region.

Identify market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications

Must reside or willing to relocate to the New Jersey or surrounding areas.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of success in operational leadership roles.

Regional Dental Management experience strongly preferred
