Dental Operations Leadership Trainee (Future Office Manager)
A growing multi-location dental organization is seeking a motivated and organized professional to join our team in a Leadership Training Role designed to develop future operational leadership within the practice.

This role involves working between two established dental offices within the organization.
A Leadership Development Opportunity
We are seeking a high-potential individual who is motivated to grow into a leadership role responsible for helping oversee the operations of multiple dental practices.
This position offers direct mentorship and hands-on training from experienced leadership, providing exposure to the operational, financial, and organizational aspects of running a successful healthcare practice.
While this role begins with learning the day-to-day functions of the office, it is designed to develop someone capable of helping lead systems, teams, and operational growth over time.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
