We are seeking a clinician who practices comprehensive dentistry, someone who evaluates the full scope of a patient’s oral health, develops thoughtful, long-term treatment plans, and integrates functional, restorative, and aesthetic considerations into every case. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both patients and team members are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and treatment plan full mouth rehab cases
- Perform advanced procedures including veneers, crowns/bridges, surgical extractions, advanced bone grafting, implants, and root canals
- Educate patients on treatment options and outcomes
- Provide high-quality care with efficiency, empathy, and precision
- Collaborate with the clinical and admin teams to ensure a seamless experience
- Build strong rapport with patients and staff
Day in the Life:
- Regular treatment planning for consultations
- Perform a variety of complex restorative and surgical procedures
- Handle surgical extractions and bone grafts with confidence
- Place and restore single implants
- Complete root canal treatments with patient comfort in mind
- Review digital scans and treatment plans with the lab and team
- Maintain a patient-first mindset in a high-performance environment
The Challenge:
This is a fast-paced role that requires advanced clinical skills, time management, and the ability to meet high patient expectations. Success depends on your ability to balance precision, productivity, and patient care.
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Unrestricted, active dental license & DEA registration in state of operation
- Current BLS certification
- Malpractice insurance eligibility
- AEGD/GPR training OR significant experience in full mouth rehab
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
