Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Now Hiring
Location: Scotia, CA (WeCare at Scotia Bluffs)
WeCare at Scotia Bluffs is currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced dental environment and is committed to providing excellent patient care.
Position Requirements
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
- Perform sterilization of instruments and cleaning of operatories
- Assist with referrals and management of dental lab cases
- Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist dentist with procedures including extractions, crown preparations, endodontics, and periodontal treatments
- Maintain a professional appearance and create a positive first impression for patients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Strong ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient satisfaction and clinic operations
