At Menta Dentistry, we've been serving the Laredo community for nearly 10 years — and the dentists who join us tend to stay. Our last associate was with us for 4 years. That's not an accident. We're looking for a General or Associate Dentist who wants more than a job — someone ready to plant roots in a community that genuinely needs excellent dental care. Many of our team members have been with us for 5 years and longer. This is an established practice in the heart of Laredo and on the north side of the city which is the most prominant and highest income area.

Primarily PPO/private pay with a manageable Medicaid mix (~20%) — strong production potential

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry using modern technology and systems
- Perform exams, restorations, extractions, and a full range of general procedures
- Collaborate with an on-site orthodontist for co-treatment and referrals
- Build long-term relationships with a loyal, multigenerational patient base
- Work within a well-organized team that handles scheduling, billing, and admin for you

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active Texas dental license (or eligible to obtain one)
- Comfortable with or eager to learn digital workflow (iTero, CBCT)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred — our community is predominantly Spanish-speaking
- Ability to be credentialed with all isnurances and state medicaid programs
- New graduates welcome — our systems and team will set you up for success
