We are a family dental practice looking for a bright, warm, energetic individual to join our dental hygiene team. This individual must have a current dental hygiene license, up to date CPR / AED certification, and anesthetic certification.
Ideally, we are looking for a hygienist to work full-time Mondays 8:00-5:00, Tuesdays 8:00- 5:00, Thursdays 8:00-4:00 and Fridays from 8:00-2:00.
Also welcoming applicants that can work part-time a day or two a week.
Days and hours can be flexible.
The position requires the hygienist to:
- Provide cleanings to people of all ages
- Provide scaling and root planing procedures
- Administer anesthetic
- Take necessary radiographs
- Take intraoral photos
- Soft tissue laser available for treatment
- Comfortable discussing fluoride and administering fluoride treatments
- Educate and review oral hygiene instructions with patients
- Sterilization duties
- Experience with computer software applications and ability to learn computer software quickly
- Core skills such as being reliable, friendly, and work well in a team environment
Our office hours are Mondays 8-5, Tuesdays 8-5, Wednesdays 8-2, Thursdays 8-5 & Fridays 8-2.
Hourly wage is negotiable will be based on experience.
