Position Overview

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will help guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they understand their care and feel confident moving forward. You will also be supporting the day to day operations of a busy dental practice ensuring a productive, busy schedule. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills and grow into an Office Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

Present and explain treatment plans clearly and compassionately
Review insurance benefits and discuss financial options
Check in/check out patients
Collect copays and balances
Maintain accurate patient records
Verify insurance benefits and collaborate with the billing team as needed
Schedule treatment efficiently and maintain a productive schedule
Follow up on unscheduled treatment
Support patient satisfaction and communication
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

Dental front desk experience REQUIRED (Treatment Coordinator preferred)
Proven ability to increase case acceptance
Strong communication + natural sales ability
Comfortable discussing money and overcoming objections
Organized, accountable, and results-driven
Someone who wants more than just a job

Qualifications

2+ year of dental front desk experience
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Strong knowledge of insurance coding/billing/portals and verifications
Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in professional growth and leadership development
