What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming practice
- Lead, mentor, and support front office and clinical teams
- Create an outstanding patient experience from first contact to follow-up
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and production optimization
- Oversee insurance verification, billing, collections, and accounts receivable
- Track KPIs and office performance while driving sustainable growth
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental regulations
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-centered work environment
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Office Manager (required)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and practice operations
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- High standards, accountability, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
