Associate Dentist Position for Busy Dental Office in Oro Valley with an option to buy-in within 2-5 years.
Our Dental Office is looking for an Associate Dentist. We are a privately owned dental office that focuses on patient care. Our team and patients are the best! We are looking for a Full-Time Associate to join our team to replace an incredible associate of 6 years that is moving out of state.
Full Time Benefits:
-Starting 6 month base at $700/day, or 35% of collections whichever is higher for the first 6 months.
-PPO/FFS practice no HMOs
-Team environment with assistants, full clinical and business support staff
-Privately owned, not corporate
-401k eligible after 1 year with a 3% safe harbor
-CE courses covered at 50% up to $1500.00/year
Requirements:
-Quality, patient-oriented dentist
-DDS or DMD with licensure to practice in AZ
-Positive, caring attitude
-Willingness to work M-F (We work every other Friday but just half day)
