At Bright Now! Dental,, supported by Smile Brands, you’ll step into an established practice with strong patient demand and a collaborative clinical team.

We’re seeking an experienced, well-rounded provider to join our team. You’ll benefit from a $10,000 sign-on bonus along with the tools, mentorship, and operational support that allow you to focus on what matters most — delivering excellent patient care and growing your practice.

Schedule (days/hours): M-F 8-5pm or 9-6pm (flexible, could be 4 days a week) Responsibilities:

Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining )
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation: Earn up to $250,000 About:
