Requirements:
- Open to coaching, mentorship and performance management support (we’ve got your back)
- Engaged in patient flow and experience
- 2 years of General Dentistry
· Sound decision-making skills, and contributing back to our community
- Willingness to try creative and innovative approaches to practice and team management
- Authenticity (we like real people)
