About the Practice
Dental Care of Sterling is a growing, patient-focused practice with a strong emphasis on implant and full-arch dentistry. The team is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who is confident building relationships with patients, guiding them through treatment recommendations, and supporting patients throughout the treatment process from consultation through scheduling and follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident communicating with patients, and experienced managing both general and high-value implant treatment cases in a fast-paced dental environment.
Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans for general, implant, and full-arch cases with professionalism and confidence
- Build strong relationships with patients throughout the consultation and treatment process
- Follow up with pending treatment and support case acceptance goals
- Manage inbound and outbound patient communication, including calls, texts, and emails
- Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain accurate appointment flow
- Discuss financing and payment options with patients
- Track and manage patient leads within the lead management platform
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records within Curve Dental software
- Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience
- Support overall front office and patient coordination efforts as needed
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of dental Treatment Coordinator experience required
- Experience handling general dentistry, implant, and full-arch treatment cases required
- Proven ability to build patient trust and support treatment acceptance
- Comfortable discussing financing and payment arrangements with patients
- Experience with lead follow-up and patient communication workflows
- Curve Dental experience preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus performance-based bonus structure
- Total earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $200,000+ annually based on experience, production, case acceptance, and overall performance
