Associate Dentist (Part-Time – 3 Days/Week)

Pleasant Valley Smile Studio is a modern, fast-growing, technology-driven dental practice seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist (3 days/week) to join our team.
We are a comprehensive practice with a strong emphasis on occlusion-based treatment planning, and advanced digital workflows—ideal for a dentist who wants to grow clinically while working in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Compensation:
- Daily guaranteed stipend during transition period ( negotiable based on experience )

Requirements:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Virginia dental license
- Residency or at least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Open to new graduates who are highly motivated and willing to train
