Job Summary

Duties

- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial arrangements related to their treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, patient interactions, and appointment details in the practice management system
- Collaborate with dental providers to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively and follow-up actions are completed
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions
- Support administrative tasks such as managing patient files, processing payments, and preparing documentation for procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in a medical or dental office environment, demonstrating familiarity with clinical workflows and patient care processes
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry and healthcare services
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex treatment options and insurance details to patients
- Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and insurance verification
- Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures, billing practices, and treatment planning is advantageous
