Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service
Verifying Insurance and completing detailed benefit breakdowns
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Checking patients in and out
Collecting co-payments
Presenting treatment plans.

Skills:

At least 2 years of Dental Experience preferred
Working Knowledge of dental insurance
Experience presenting treatment plans
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal & relationship-building skills.
