We are a well-established dental office dedicated to serving the aloha community in Kauai, HI and are seeking a passionate General Dentist to join our team. Our practice has deep roots in the community, providing exemplary dental care with a focus on patient relationships. We have been rated in the top 3 dental offices in Kauai in 2026! We believe in a collaborative atmosphere where every team member plays a vital role in enhancing the patient experience.
This is a part-time (2-3 days per week) opportunity with potential to grow to full-time.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a dentist who combines strong clinical skills with a fun, positive, team-based mindset. Our team works hard, supports each other, and truly feels like family—so we’re looking for a doctor who values collaboration, communication, and creating an outstanding patient experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry
- Proficient in all aspects of dentistry, including endodontics (non-negotiable)
- Confident and comfortable providing same-day treatment
- Fun, upbeat personality and a patient-centered approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
About the Practice
- 3 hygienists
- Busy, well-established, highly collaborative team
- Loyal patient base with strong community presence
- Hours of operation: Mon-Thur 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Compensation & Benefits
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $900 daily guarantee for the first 5 months (during credentialing)
- Transition to 32–35% of collections (commensurate with experience)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ideally 1+ years of Clinical Experience
- DMD or DDS from accredited dental school.
- Valid Hawaii Dental license
