Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with experience in digital dentistry and implant workflows. This is a unique role combining laboratory production, digital design preparation, and in-office clinical support during same-day procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Laboratory Duties:

Operate, clean, and maintain 3D printers, alcohol wash stations, and curing units
3D print models, clear duplicates, backup dentures, temporary restorations, and prototypes
Maintain inventory of resins, stains, and essential lab materials
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient lab environment
Align and prepare digital case files for design using Exocad/iMetric software
Understand and support digital workflows for implant and restorative cases

In-Office Procedures:

Travel with the team to same-day All-On-X surgical cases
Perform photogrammetry, facial scans, and intraoral scans as needed
Assist with same-day temporary restorations including printing, staining, and finishing
Handle sterilization and organization of all procedural equipment

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in a dental or oral surgery setting
Hands-on experience with intraoral scanning technology
Familiarity with dental 3D printing workflows and equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments
Willingness to travel locally for surgical cases
