The dental office of Nicholas Hammermeister, D.D.S. is currently hiring for part-time Dentists!
We are seeking an experienced Dentist(s) with at least 5 years of clinical experience to join our well-established and community loved practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dentist who enjoys delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform smiles and improve lives through compassionate, high-quality treatment. This is an exciting opportunity for Dentists looking for part-time work or supplemental income. Hours are Mondays through Thursdays 9a-6p. Two days a week to start, can open up into more if desired!
Responsibilities of Dentist:
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics to maintain and restore patient oral health.
- Conduct oral surgery procedures such as dental extractions and other surgical interventions with precision and care.
- Assess patient needs through thorough patient assessments, utilizing medical and dental terminology to document findings accurately.
- Utilize dental imaging technology to diagnose issues effectively while maintaining strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
- Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, explaining procedures clearly and ensuring understanding of dental terminology.
- Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of all documentation.
- Use dental practice management software for scheduling, charting, billing, and record keeping to streamline workflow.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Dentist with current credentials.
- Proven experience in general dentistry along with emergency services, pediatric care, cosmetic dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging techniques, infection control. protocols, and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice.
