We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to lead a modern suburban Memphis practice. This is a unique opportunity to take over a high-potential office as the primary clinician. You will enjoy full clinical autonomy while benefiting from the administrative support of a regional DSO, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care and practice growth.
Compensation and Financial Incentives
- $1,000 – $1,200 Daily Guarantee, 32% of collections
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Benefits: Medical and Dental insurance, 401k, CE allowance, paid malpractice, paid time off (PTO)
- Equity Path: Potential for up to 20% sweat equity partnership
Practice Highlights
- Clinical Autonomy: Total control over treatment planning and patient care.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Patient Mix: Family practice focusing primarily on adults; PPO, Cash, and some Medicaid.
- Technology: Fully equipped with digital pano, digital x-ray, and digital scanners.
Requirements
- Several years of clinical experience in a high-volume setting preferred.
- Proficiency in restorative dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery.
- Experience with implant placement is preferred but not required.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for long-term practice leadership.
