Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Full Time (Tue–Fri) | Beautiful Oregon Coast
$60–$70/hr (DOE; based on experience and benefits selected) + $2,500 incentive

Schedule & Office Hours
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay & Incentive
- Hourly Rate: $60–$70/hr (DOE; based on experience and benefits selected)
Relocation & Hiring Incentive:
We understand that moving to the Oregon Coast is a big decision, and we want to make it easier for the right candidate to join our team.
We offer a $2,500 hiring incentive, structured to support both your transition and long-term success.
For candidates relocating from outside the area, we are also open to discussing additional relocation support depending on experience and situation.

Clinical Details (Designed for Quality + Less Burnout)
- 60-minute adult prophy appointments
- 90-minute new adult visits
- High-quality, well-maintained instruments and ultrasonic tips are replaced as needed.
- A variety of home-care products to support patient education
The Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about exceptional patient care
- Strong clinical skills and patient communication
- Dentrix experience helpful but not required - we provide an online training platform and support to help you navigate Dentrix.
