Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) — Rockstars Wanted!

Your Role as an EFDA:
At our Mountain Grove location, you’ll partner closely with providers to keep the day on time and the dentistry impeccable. You’ll perform expanded functions per your active Missouri permits, while modeling best-in-class infection control and patient communication.

What you’ll do (scope may vary by permit/doctor direction):

Place, contour, and finish direct restorations; place bases/liners; cement temps.
Take final impressions/cord pack for fixed prosth (as permitted); fabricate/adjust temps.
Chairside excellence: room turnover, instrument flow oversight with the sterile tech/DA team, digital radiography, charting, and patient education.
Keep ops humming, anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and protect the schedule.

Must have: Active Missouri EFDA License(s) and comfort working in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Compensation
Pay rate is based on experience and active expanded function licensure.

1 active MO EFDA permit (excludes Ortho) → $500
2+ active MO EFDA permits (excludes Ortho) → $1,000

Payout: 50% on first paycheck, 50% after successful 90 days.
