At Dental Fields, we are committed to putting our clients first by providing excellent service. We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team!
As our Dental Assistant, you will be the first team member our clients see. You will help with preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, setting up rooms, and some dental hygiene tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer Phones, schedule appointments, and verify benefits
- Help with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures
- Assist the dentist by being fully prepared with instruments and materials needed for specific procedures (such as extractions, implant placements, crowns, and root canals)
- Ensure patients are as comfortable as possible in the dental chair, prepare them for treatment, and obtain their dental records.
- Prepare materials for impressions and restorations, take dental x-rays, and process x-ray film as directed
- Record treatment information in patient records
- Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Coronal Polishing and Sealants Certification (preferred)
- Must be good at multitasking, problem solving, and a cooperative team player
- Possess excellent communication and organization skills
- Be responsible and dependable

Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour
