Dental Lab Technician (Entry-Level)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and is eager to learn a specialized skillset in the dental field.
No prior dental lab experience is required. We are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Pour dental impressions and prepare models
- Trim and finish dental models with accuracy and attention to detail
- Fabricate baseplates with wax rims
- Scan models and wax rims into digital systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming cases
- Log cases accurately into the tracking system
- Prepare and maintain weekly lab report
- Maintain professional and clear communication with the offsite digital lab
- Keep workstations organized and follow lab procedures and safety standards

Schedule & Compensation:
Monday-Thursday; 7:45am - 5pm, Friday as-needed
Compensation based on experience.
