Advanced Dental Design PC is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This is a full-time, in-person position with a Monday–Thursday schedule and no weekends.
Advanced Dental Design PC has proudly served the Ada community since 2005 and is entering an exciting growth phase, including a move into a new, state-of-the-art 9-operatory dental facility in the coming months. We provide family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implants, emergency care, and same-day crowns, and we are expanding into Cosmetic, Aesthetic, and Regenerative Medicine, while maintaining a strong focus on high-quality patient care and a professional clinical environment.
This position is not entry-level. Prior dental assisting experience is required.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for an experienced Dental Assistant who values clinical standards, communicates well with patients, and helps the day run smoothly in a modern, growth-oriented practice.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for general, cosmetic, implant, and emergency dental procedures
- Operatory setup, breakdown, and room turnover
- Sterilization and infection control procedures
- Support smooth patient flow and on-time clinical schedules
- Assist with documentation and clinical communication
- Maintain clean, professional treatment rooms
- Collaborate with the doctor to anticipate clinical needs during complex restorative, aesthetic, and regenerative procedures
Specialized Clinical Focus (Training Provided)
As our practice continues to grow, our clinical team supports advanced services including:
- Same-day crown dentistry workflows and digital processes
- Regenerative dentistry (PRF): preparation, processing support, and clinical coordination
- Facial aesthetic services: patient preparation, photography, setup, and post-procedure care
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant required
- Strong chairside assisting skills and professional demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Clear communication with patients and staff
- Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment
Preferred but not required
- Dental radiographs
- Charting experience
- Experience assisting with cosmetic and/or implant procedures
- Oklahoma Expanded Duty Permit for Venipuncture/Phlebotomy (or willingness to obtain with our support)
Schedule
- No weekends
- Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
