We're looking for an Associate Dentist to join our Womelsdorf office. New graduates are warmly encouraged to apply — we love teaching, and we'll set you up to grow into a confident, well-rounded clinician.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry care
- Build trusting relationships with patients and clearly present treatment plans
- Collaborate with our hygiene team and clinical team to deliver seamless care
- Participate in case reviews, team huddles, and ongoing learning opportunities
- Uphold our standards for clinical quality, patient communication, and team culture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active or pending Pennsylvania dental license
- DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered; practice-driven mindset
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and be part of a high-performing team
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
